Rather than simply trying to sell us the first thing that looked good, she counselled us on the appropriate offers to make for the properties we considered. When we made the mistake of considering an offer that was too high for the market, she was frank and direct, advising us to consider all the factors that make up a property's value. Crystell is very professional and was able to answer most if not all my questions. Crystell lived up to the reviews I read prior to contacting her. I found her to be knowledgeable and professional. I was particularly impressed with the sales materials she produced. The online listing with the numerous pictures, 360 views, and drone footage was especially impressive. As was the hard copy book.
The property was sold in less than a week at a very aggressive price. She was present with guidance throughout the process and we closed on schedule. I can't think of anything that could have been done better.
